Flight ticket cancellations and refunds are subject to the relevant airline's fare rules and the terms below.
Each ticket is refundable or non-refundable per the rules of the purchased fare class. For refundable tickets the airline may apply a cancellation penalty. The applicable penalty is queried from the airline system at the time of the cancellation request.
For a refundable ticket, the refund equals the amount paid minus the airline's cancellation penalty. If the ticket is non-refundable per its fare rules, no refund is made. Refund of taxes and fees is subject to airline policy.
Send your cancellation request to info@travioneglobal.com with the PNR and passenger name. The applicable penalty is communicated to you; the cancellation is performed after your approval.
Approved refunds are made to the card used for payment. Depending on the bank, it typically takes a few business days to reflect.
As a passenger transport service for a specific date, flight tickets are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 15/1-(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
