This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between the Seller identified below and the Buyer, pursuant to Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The Turkish version is legally authoritative.
The subject is the sale of a flight ticket (passenger transport) service ordered electronically by the Buyer, whose details and price are shown on the order screen. The Seller acts as an intermediary agency ticketing on behalf of the selected airline.
The total shown at checkout is the final sale price including all taxes and service fees. Payment is collected via QNB Virtual POS with 3D Secure. The Seller does not store card data.
The service is delivered electronically. After payment approval, the reservation number (PNR) and ticket details are sent to the Buyer's declared e-mail address.
Pursuant to Article 15/1-(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, services related to passenger transport to be performed on a specific date are EXEMPT from the right of withdrawal. Therefore the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to flight tickets. Cancellations and refunds are handled per the airline's fare rules and the Seller's Cancellation & Refund Terms.
Cancellation requests are subject to the ticket's fare rules. For refundable tickets, the amount remaining after the airline's cancellation penalty is refunded to the Buyer. See the Cancellation & Refund Terms page.
By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts all terms herein. Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
