Terms of Use

The Site is operated by TRAVİONE GLOBAL TURİZM TAŞIMACILIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. (the "Company" or "Travione Global"), a TÜRSAB-registered Group A travel agency operating as BİROL YORULMAZ TURİZM SEYAHAT ACENTASI (Licence No: 18673).

• Site: travioneglobal.com, its subdomains and mobile channels.
• User: any person visiting the Site or making a reservation/purchase through it.
• Supplier: the airline, hotel or global distribution/supply system that actually provides the transport/accommodation service.
• Service: flight ticket and hotel reservation intermediary services offered on the Site.
• Reservation: the record (PNR/reservation number) that becomes final upon completion of payment.

Travione Global acts as an INTERMEDIARY between the User and the Supplier under Turkish Travel Agencies Law No. 1618. Carriage (flight) is subject to the airline's conditions of carriage and fare rules; accommodation is subject to the hotel's/supplier's terms. These contracts are formed between the User and the relevant Supplier upon completion of payment.

The Company is not liable for matters under the Supplier's direct control (schedule changes, delays, cancellations, overbooking, hotel service standards) but provides information and guidance support to the User in such cases.

• Users transacting on the Site declare that they are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity.
• The User warrants that the information provided (name, ID/passport, birth date, contact) is accurate and current; losses arising from incorrect information (including invalidated tickets) are the User's responsibility.
• Passenger names must exactly match the ID/passport; airlines restrict or charge for name changes.
• The Site may not be used unlawfully, in violation of third-party rights, for automated data collection (scraping/bots) or in ways threatening system security.
• Fake, speculative or abusive reservations are prohibited; the Company reserves the right to cancel such reservations and refuse service.

Prices are retrieved from Supplier systems in real time and may change subject to availability; no price is guaranteed before a reservation is completed. The total shown at checkout is the final sale price including taxes and service fees.

Payments are collected via QNB Virtual POS with 3D Secure verification. Card details are not stored on Company systems.

In case of obviously erroneous pricing caused by technical or Supplier data errors, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reservation and refund the amount collected.

A reservation becomes final upon bank approval of the payment and creation of the record (PNR) in the Supplier system. Confirmation is sent to the User's e-mail address.

Cancellation/change rights are subject to the purchased fare's rules and the relevant Supplier's terms. Some fares are non-refundable and/or non-changeable; this is displayed during purchase.

Under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL for passenger transport and accommodation services to be performed on a specific date/period (Art. 15/1-g).

The Cancellation & Refund Policy page applies for detailed procedures. Refunds are made to the original payment card, subject to Supplier approval.

• Validity and procurement of mandatory travel documents (passport, visa, ID, health certificates) are the User's responsibility.
• Passport validity and visa requirements are set by the destination authorities; the Company is not liable for denied boarding/entry.
• The User must comply with the airline's check-in/boarding times.
• Hotel check-in/check-out times and property rules are subject to the hotel's own policies.

All trademarks, logos, designs, software, content and databases on the Site belong to Travione Global or its licensors and are protected by law. They may not be copied, reproduced, processed or used commercially without the Company's written consent.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site and may suspend service for maintenance or technical necessity.

The Company is not liable for non-performance caused by force majeure (war, terrorism, natural disaster, epidemic, strikes, widespread infrastructure failures).

The Company's liability arising from its intermediary service is in any case limited to the service fee collected from the User for the relevant reservation. Statutory consumer rights are reserved.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). See the Privacy & KVKK Notice and the Cookie Policy pages for details.

The Company may update these Terms without prior notice. The current text enters into force upon publication on the Site; continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Denizli have jurisdiction. Consumers may also apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at their place of residence within statutory monetary limits.
