Prepared under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) as our disclosure obligation regarding the processing of your personal data as data controller.

2. Personal Data Processed

For reservation and ticketing purposes we process:

Identity: name, surname, date of birth, nationality, national ID/passport number
Contact: e-mail, phone
Transaction/financial: reservation (PNR), order and payment transaction data (card data is not stored)
Invoice details (upon request)

3. Purposes & Legal Basis

Your data is processed to carry out flight reservation and ticketing, payment and invoicing, customer support, and to fulfill legal obligations; based on the establishment/performance of the contract and legal obligation.

4. Transfers

To perform the reservation, data is transferred, limited to purpose, to the relevant airline and GDS/supplier (Paximum/TourVisio), the payment institution (QNB Virtual POS), and legally authorized public authorities.

5. Retention

Personal data is retained for the periods stipulated in legislation (e.g. 10 years for financial records) and as required by the processing purpose; then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

6. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction/deletion, object to processing, and claim damages. Send requests to info@travioneglobal.com.
