At Travione Global we process your personal data in accordance with Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). You can delete your account and personal data as follows.
If you have signed in, you can delete your data directly from your account:
This permanently deletes your account, profile, saved travellers and billing details.
If you signed in with a social account (Google/Facebook), the Cancel Membership step above also removes that link and the data we hold. You may additionally remove Travione Global's access from your provider's app settings.
If you cannot access your account, send an e-mail titled "Data Deletion Request" from your registered address to info@travioneglobal.com. After identity verification, your request is completed within 30 days at the latest.
Completed reservation, payment and invoice records must be retained for statutory periods (e.g. 10 years for financial records) under Turkish tax legislation. During this period such records are kept solely for legal compliance with restricted access, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
